Where do you see Christ at work?

1.     Let’s start. “Jesus Christ, we are here before you. We are waiting on you.”

2.     Bell Rings

3.     Where do you see Christ at work?

4.     Begin to reflect on the events of the past day (or week). Don’t rush, but rather take time to fully remember your experiences. What “happened” and who was involved, what are the more subtle aspects of your day. What feelings did you experience? What insights did you have? What sensations were you aware of, and what did you notice? What did you enjoy?

5.     What brings you joy: what place, person, time of day, activity, view, color, word, song, Scriptural quote, image of Christ? When do you feel joy, freedom, peace, and happiness?

6.     Ask Christ to bring an awareness of one or two moments or experiences for which you are particularly grateful. Draw life and energy from them once more. Allow your mind to move into the presence of Christ.

7.     (Action): In what ways do you believe that Christ may be calling you to new awareness or an action? Is there one or two particular ways that Christ was present to you?

8.     Give thanks to Christ for the day or week.

9.     That is it. Thank you for your participation. How was it? Did you notice anything new?

 Feeling of joy and freedom

Remember your feeling of joy or freedom. It is a wonderful sign. Christ is giving you a hint so that you would know where Christ is leading you. By following your joy, you will realize your goal or mission in life. Have a goal in Christ.

On the first Christmas, the angel said to the shepherds, "I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. (Luke 2:10-11) Joy to the world! Christ is born! Amen. This spiritual joy is the feeling that we experience in Christ.

Hey! Joy to the world! Christ has born! Amen.

What kind of joy do you have in Christ?

Briefly, I would like to mention another feeling. Paul said: Where the Spirit of Christ is, there is freedom. (2 Corinthians 3:17) That is how we feel in the Spirit. When have you feel this spiritual freedom in Christ?

Feeling Jesus

What is like to feel the heart of Jesus? When we come closer to Jesus we feel humility and love. (Philippians 2: 5-11) When we look at the life of Jesus, this is a feeling that we experience. Jesus cannot deny himself. That is who Jesus is. The nature of God Jesus, we see in the story of Jesus. Jesus lived his character out.

Jesus taught what he believed in. Jesus taught what he was practicing. We can trust him because everything that we see is created through him. (John 1: 3) His way is working. His belief is working, because everything has part of him, in a sense, in their system.

We know humility is good because in us his inner reality is working somehow. We can sense it. We can almost hear Jesus saying: “Follow me. Be like me. It feels truly good to live like this.”

So, when we read his teaching, our inner beings start to respond. “Yes, it is right.”

What does then, the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus mean? When you live according to his inner reality, it is predictable that you would live through everything. Jesus encourages us to love, because it works. It works through even death. Even through a death, it produces a glorious life.
